Time for Diamond Seven
It's time for Diamond Seven! Here are my two diamonds, the one on the left stitched with DMC 310 on Glass Blue Monaco Evenweave. The Diamond on the right is stitched on a bit of Picture This Plus 28-count linen from my stash - I think the color is called Moss. The floss I used is aptly named Carrot and is Simply Shaker from The Gentle Art.
You can find the pdf for Diamond Seven on the Main SAL page (click on the image to access the file) or the Diamond Motif page.
And don't forget, through 10/31/15, save 50% off any order over 99 cents in my Etsy shop using the code CONNIEGEE50.
Please be sure to share your WIP photos of your SAL project in the Connie Gee's Stitchers Facebook group.
Free ABCDiamond Cross Stitch Pattern
Lynda Jacobs-Hanley stitched this model of the free ABCDiamond pattern. She used DMC floss and Light Oatmeal Aida.
Personally, I just love the combination of light blue and brown - it is such a soothing combo.

New Free Pattern - Halloween Bat
Halloween will be here before we know it. The weather at my house has turned much cooler and while this year, the fall leaves are nothing to write home about, there are a few pops a beautiful red leaves here and there. Unfortunately the yellows are a bit of a flop right now. I still have hope that some more color will develop before the leaves all fall off though.
Halloween is becoming one of my favorite holidays, especially because there are so many cool new Halloween patterns out there. I added this free Halloween Bat cross stitch pattern and while there may not quite be time to stitch it for this year, there's always next year for which to plan.
Diamond Six is Posted!
The next section of the free SAL is available now. Diamond Six has 3 colors in my main SAL version, but as you can see, it looks great stitched with variegated thread too - it will also work in one single color. For my main SAL project I am using DMC floss. The variegated stand alone project is stitched with Sullivans overdyed embroidery floss number 35704. The floss name is Crimson Cloves.
