Etsy Patterns - One Simple, One Complicated
I got up really early this morning, so I decided to make good use of my time and I added two new patterns to my Connie Gee's Designs Etsy shop Since I was the only one up, it was easy to work - no interruptions! Even Girlie (my Lhasa Apso) was asleep.
The first design is the Bird Alphabet Pattern. It is a really simple design. The chart is large print and it would be great for a beginning stitcher. Of course stitchers of any skill level can enjoy this pattern though. I was inspired by motifs from traditional samplers for this one.
The second design is more difficult to stitch. It is a blackwork-style design called Diamonds and Circles. I think it would be best stitched on Evenweave because it is perfectly symmetrical and it also has some fractional stitches mixed in. I love the look of gold and black together, but you could easily pick two other colors for this chart.
I just became an affiliate of Leisure Arts and right now they are having a 15% off sale - I know that the banner below refers to crochet, but the coupon code should apply to other purchases as well.
