Jalapeno Dip Recipe
1 pound ground chicken (or turkey, beef, pork)
16 oz. can fat-free refried beans
1/2 cup water (or salsa)
4 oz.can diced jalapeno peppers
8 oz. cream cheese/Greek yogurt blend, cut into small cubes
4 oz. Cheddar Cheese
Cook ground chicken thoroughly over medium high heat in a medium sized skillet.
Turn heat to medium.
Add refried beans.
Stir in up to 1/2 cup of water (or salsa).
Stir in cream cheese blend.
Heat mixture, stirring frequently, until cream cheese is blended.
Stir in cheddar cheese and remove from heat.
Serve with raw veggies or tortilla chips.
Makes about 8 servings.
